Bumped into cheap mulled wine in Ikea. The fond memories in Cambridge, UK flooded my mind. That was the first time I had a taste of a glass of mulled wine. Still remember the moment when Zeta cooked the orange in a pot of wine. It was so touching to have a glass of warm wine in the cold winter.

Frustrated for not having fresh coconut juice in Miami. So, when I came back to Schaumburg, bought one from the supermarket. Alas, buying a coconut was easy, opening it was difficult.



After finishing the Thai sweet coconut, wash it, dry it, and use it to boil bird's nest soup.
