Carne Asada is supposed to be grilled beef. Since the pork shoulder had been jamming up my fridge for 2 weeks, I used pork instead of beef.
- Sliced the meat.
- Marinate with Italian dressing + beer + chilly + lime juice + pepper + salt
- Leave it overnite in the fridge
- Grill
- Yum...yum...
As for the appetizer dipping in the middle,
- Cut onion + chilly + tomato in a chopper
- Cut parsley
- Add in a spoonful of vinegar
- Add in a pinch of salt + sugar
- Eat with toasted bread or crackers
I still have dreams about this meal......so good =P~
