Carne Asada

This is how I spent my Easter break:



Carne Asada is supposed to be grilled beef. Since the pork shoulder had been jamming up my fridge for 2 weeks, I used pork instead of beef.
  1. Sliced the meat.
  2. Marinate with Italian dressing + beer + chilly + lime juice + pepper + salt
  3. Leave it overnite in the fridge
  4. Grill
  5. Yum...yum...
Akibatnya, I develop soar throat, then suffering from flu for over a week. There goes my Easter break, falling sick.



As for the appetizer dipping in the middle,

  1. Cut onion + chilly + tomato in a chopper
  2. Cut parsley
  3. Add in a spoonful of vinegar
  4. Add in a pinch of salt + sugar
  5. Eat with toasted bread or crackers
