Sour Cream Rice
I got this recipe from the Dayton Daily News. Purposely go to buy sour cream, yogurt, cheese.
Cook rice, cut vege, mix everything together, shred some cheese on top, bake.
Frankly speaking, I don't like the taste of this 洋饭。
Baked for about 15 min, just to melt the cheese
