Agar-agar

Different climate, different eating habit. Just realised that I haven't eaten agar-agar for 2 years.
Boil the agar-agar together with pandan leaves.


When my mom cooked agar-agar many many years ago, my job was always to wash the plastic cups

Arrange the plastic cups on a tray and pour the agar-agar into those cups. (Lazy people like me do this for easy "moving")

Aiseh... I bought the 20g agar-agar, only managed to prepare 9 cups. Put the tray on the table. When they are cooled down to room temperature, transfer the tray to the refrigerator. Hah...hah... now you know what is meant by easy "moving".
