Coconut

Frustrated for not having fresh coconut juice in Miami. So, when I came back to Schaumburg, bought one from the supermarket. Alas, buying a coconut was easy, opening it was difficult.



After finishing the Thai sweet coconut, wash it, dry it, and use it to boil bird's nest soup.
