Baked Curry Puff

I'm food sick. Dreamed of eating mua-chih, curry puff, tau-foo-fah... So, I created my own curry puff.

I don't have the conventional gas stove for cooking as we're using electrical hot plate here, my friend warned me that the heat is not hot enough for deep frying. So, I baked my curry puff instead.
