Yam Rice + Bak Kut Teh + Wantan



Still have leftover wantan skin in the kitchen, so, don't waste it.

I can't fit all the wantan in the small steam plate. So, I 水煎 the rest of the wantan.


Don't have enough wantan skin for the fillings, so, I add flour to the remaining fillings and make prawn fritters.


That's why I have 3 different kinds of wantan.



Yam rice goes well with Bak Kut Teh
