Masala Pork

It's supposed to be curry. Since I found the masala powder has been sitting in my kitchen for months, I changed the recepi.


Clockwise: Red chilly, Cardamom (buah pelaga), Kaffir leaves, Cloves (bunga cengkih), Cinnamon sticks (kayu manis)


Marinate pork in ginger + masala powder.


Oh... forgot to mention the lemongrass (serai). Chop chop chop...


Tomato paste.



Pound pound pound...

Ta..da.... It's not spicy enough, so I add in some insanity sauce.


Oh... put in some lime juice and evaporate milk when it's cooked.
