Potato Soup and Salad

Potato Soup

This is an impromptu recipe. Originally, I had wanted to prepare mashed potato. Alas, I put too much water. I couldn't drain the water, so, I added more water to turn it into a pot of potato soup. Then, I added a piece of chicken stock, a cup of whipped cream or double cream, a pinch of salt, pepper and thyme. Voila! It tastes good. Seems like I do have a flair in crisis management, hah...hah...

  1. We used the wrong type of fish to deepfry and it almost cracked my molar in two.
