Ugly dimsum

I watched a HK cooking show and tried to prepare the dimsum. The dimsum consists of 3 layers, in which a seaweed sheet wraps up a piece of century egg and a piece of ginger, then, the seaweed bundle is wrapped up with minced prawn. I do not have minced prawn, instead I substitute it with fish paste (leftover of the previous meal of yong-tau-foo). Sounds easy, but my fingers can't seem to do the wrapping satisfactorily. The last step would be to fry the nicely wrapped dimsum.

The dimsum tastes good, albeit without the good looks. That's the motto of "Lulu Can Dimsum" : 无姿势,有实际.
